I need help i bought a iphone 3G 16gb the seller had written in descirption CHINESE many times and all but i did not read it and i paid for it and recieved it he does not accept returns what should i do now can i have a claim with paypal pls tell me u r views of what i should do in such a situation..?

Does it have any faults? Or the item doesnt match with whats actually mentioned in it?

You cannot claim with paypal as you are responsible for the purchase. The only way I suggest you is just contact the seller and negotiate with him.

You also have sold 4 chinese 3G iphones in this month and in all your listings you have also mentioned in BIG, BOLD and CAPITAL LETTERS THAT RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED. So ???????????
