We are selling used or refurbishing and or repairing old laptops by mix and matching spares and then making them workable and usable 100 % or at times buying old laptops from end users and selling them on ebay. So how can we sell it with vat over it when the said product is not in stock or is made out of scrap or mix and matching of different spares together. So wanted to know is vat necessary and if not how to sell and as EBAY as procured our KYC details for sale of products which earned turnover more than 50000, which was eventually furninished and approved, so wanted to know is the sellers details been linked or given to respective tax departments, if they demand for.
