Search Standing New Trouble To Seller

Currently I am facing one issue in my seller dashboard its showing search standings lowered. What it means?? Also how to increase search standards??

for eBay if buyer dis-satisfaction level falls below 5% it becomes very poor. I think thats the answer for your search standing showing lowered.

But does this lowering really affect search results?

But why it affects to seller's selling account? See I agree that sometime buyer may face issue with a products. But we resolve the issue as early as possible. As we want to do long term business. Some buyer has habit to say negative only. They not want to say something positive about the products. So why should be this system? I think eBay has to remove this DSR option. Its not a race where we are running to gain positive only.
