Search Standing New Trouble To Seller

Currently I am facing one issue in my seller dashboard its showing search standings lowered. What it means?? Also how to increase search standards??

For search standing to be normal your average DSR should be 4.8.

Thanks for details. But previously as my DSR it was around 4.6 then also that time I was getting Search Standards high & still its more than 4.6 except in Shipping time its around 4.39 is that the reason behind it?

My correction, your today's average comes to 4.5 + 4.7 + 4.4 + 4.7 = 4.575, for it to normal it should be 4.6 and above and for High search standing it be 4.8 and above.

rhtdm.6624, check your low DSR's count or number of neutral/negative for this week. Search standings are affected by those and are updated weekly.

It is also affected by open cases but I am not sure how as have never faced them till now.

Are you sure it will be happened due to negative or neutral? Because I got 2 negative before 15 days & all are removed before a week. But now its showing Lowered so how is it possible? Also thereafter I got many around 7-8 positive feedback & still getting then also that negative affects?

Hi,
Even our seller dashboard is showing search standings lowered since last 2 weeks.

We have no negatives, no neutrals, no open cases, nothing.

@rajelectroniks - Look at our average DSR's, doesnt go with your conclusion provided by ebay customer care team via email.

Our Account manager has no answers. TnS India has no clue whatsoever. Now, it has been reported to Global ebay team, but almost 2 weeks, no reply.

Any help, will be appreciated.

This is also happened with me just before 30 days, and this is for some time i think because its almost for 15 days in my account and then after 15 days the lowered standard removed..

I have no answer for this observation. Your case beats all logic. But TnS anyway is known for its erratic behaviour.

See I agree I got negative but 4 times more positives. Then also it remains same? Also may be one buyer given us LOW DSR for shipping but after getting best positives then also the count of DSR not changes? How is it? If you get positive ratings then also DSR Remains same.

I think its technical fault or may be something wrong is happening with us.
