SELLER IS NOT PROTECTED

There are many items for which seller can't give more than testing warranty mainly electronics items.

seller specificially mention that in his listing that this item has this warranty. If a buyer makes a purchase that means he is accepting the warranty and return policy.

Than the same buyer comes with a problem after 10 days or a month(even though warranty period is over)and want a refund or replacement.

If a seller doesnt agree buyer gives negative feedback and opens a item not received dispute.

And as per ebay policy we have to either refund or replace.
IS THIS FAIR...
We have a strong suggestion that feedback policy and dispute policy should be specific to listing as each seller has a different terms. So ebay should consider reviewing the feedback if it doesnt suit with seller's policy mentioned on listing.
In short buyer gets what he pays for ...if he pays for chinese item he cant expect a made in japan item and he doesnt have any right to leave negative feedback or create a dispute.
