It's very simple. Just go to your feedback profile and see a link on the bottom of the page... Reply to Feedback received

one silly question from me too
why do u want to reply?? it messes up the feedback system ! who gives feedback to whom really confuses the buyer. as it is there are 4 tabs like-- as buyer --as seller-- all --and left for others. new buyers just see different types of category and get losts in those!

I have got some neutral feedbacks even after giving complete details regarding product and even then if not satisfied, offered full refund. But instead of replying to my offer, buyer left neutral, which misguide other probable buyers who visit my fb profile page.B-)

best thing is to mutually withdraw.. second option is the ODR.. and last is ignore and move on !
what I see is that on 18th april all this happened. now its not visible on 1st page.. hence try first & 2nd options and last one you have to do if nothing materialised.
