Removing Retaliatory feedback left by buyer who lost PaisaPay claim

Hello,

I had a buyer leave me negative feedback AFTER losing a refund claim with PaisaPay. The buyer lost the claim because he returned the item to me in a broken condition and I refused to accept it.

Even after speaking to him cordially and informing him of the damage to the item, he left me retaliatory negative feedback, which has really hurt my score.

Is there any way to fix this?

very bad ebay policy
agar koi buyer claim kare to mai to ye hi bolta hu k case ko buyer k faver me he close karo nahi to vo negative feedback de dega....
uske bad ebay koi help nahi karta..

Hi All,

We can not start blaming eBay for the policies. eBay had made "eBay Courts" for dealing with such types of issues.

May be buyer had faced issues, problems, harrassment thats why he left negative feedback.

@trinketlounge: I would like to suggest you to lodge a resolution in eBay Court with all the supporting documents and emails and other conversation with buyer, according to my perspective, they will review the whole matter and after successful review, they can remove the negative feedback.
