Please help! Want to sell to foreign countries - Shipping cost?

Dear All

First of all apologize me if I am repeating this, but searched a lot, found many things but not all.

I have came across with things like Paypal account, minnimun of 10 feedback points etc, but one thing is my biggest concern.

Suppose my product is only $2, so how do i ship it to, say USA. when i searched, most shipping methods would cost more than $10.
But once when i searched ebay.com, i saw Indian sellers selling their products for as low as $4.99 with free shipping, how come?

Please help me friends.
would really appreciate replies :-).

International shipping by India Post Air Mail are cheaper.

international shipping by india registered post is around 3 dollars
you can go to your local post office and ask
