Paypal Withdrawal Check Not Received yet

Hello,
We had requested a Paypal Withdrawal via check payment on 20th Feb 2010.
Since that was the only option available at that time.
However even afte 18 days I have still not received the check. Is Any one facing similar problem. How Many days does it usually take?

Cheque Received on 18th March.

Issued by PayPal Singapore.

It took exactly 1 month for the cheque to reach Ahmedabad. The cheque was send in a normal post - Unregistered.

Not a good way of sending money. When will PayPal learn to be professinal?
