I'm not able to post items for sale- always says the ebay server isnt worki

For the last three days I haven't been able to post things for sale. On the last screen it says the Ebay server is not functioning. What's up?

I frequently get the following error message while I revise my listings.

"Page Not Responding"

"The eBay page or feature you are attempting to access is not responding"

As a result I have to click the back button and again repeat everything. What a waste of time.
