Paisapay Suspened by Account for no reason !!!!!!!!!

Hi to All,

Paisapay is really a waste medium to do transaction on ebay. All it is interested to earn for itself. It neither helps Seller nor the Buyer. I recently sold an Item number: 110263466500 on 26th June. Buyer made the payment on 26th June itself and the payment was approved immediately by Paisapay on 26th june.

After Paisapay confirmation email and I spoken to paisapay phone support for more than 1hr 18002093229 on 28th June and then delivered the item as per their instructions. I have the proof of delivery.

On 30th June, I received the following 2 emails.

First E-mail:

Dear super_sellers_in1,

Your PaisaPay registration has been suspended.

Your current listings will not be affected by this suspension. However, going forward, you will not be able to create new listings on eBay. Need assistance?


Thank you,
PaisaPay


Second Email:

Your PaisaPay remittance is on hold

Dear super_sellers_in1,

Your remittance for PaisaPay transactions has been kept on hold.

Your current listings that offer PaisaPay will not be affected, and you can continue to offer PaisaPay on your listings. However, any PaisaPay payments you receive will not be transferred to your bank account. Need assistance?

I immediately called to eBay phone support and ask them the reason for the above two email, they are not able to answer me the reason for the above said emails from Paisapay. They said buyer will be refunded the amount back which he paid thru Credit card.

I'm really not happy with this stupid act of Ebay Paisapay.

1) They should inform the reason for this email, w/o reason how can they suspend my account? If I did anything wrong then please tell me. Because I knew there is nothing wrong I did.

2) They should also send an email to the buyer informing this and buyer will get refund, so that I can collect amount directly from the buyer.


Trust me guys, I hardly login to ebay after 26th June and neither my listing is violating eBay policy then Why I get this unprofessional act from eBay.in ?????

I request eBay.in Please call buyer and ask if I'm not a honest seller.

Today I'm really Sad to be member of Ebay.in

I never expected this from eBay.in

If you guys still thinks I'm wrong then please suspend my account.

Hi,

Yesterday, Mr. Mazher (Supervisor) of eBay Phone Support has promised me that he will call me today before afternoon & let me know the status. I haven't received his call neither any email from him.

I'm trying to contact Phone Support they are not asnwering the call since morning. I tried more than 50 times calling them but in vain.

Morning around 11am today, I contact thru Chat support. Mr. Abhishek of Chat support, promised me he will arrange a callback from Mr.Mazher but after 1 hour even Chat support is not available.

This is very worst service my eBay Customer Care. I request you eBay, please cancel my ebay Account. I'm really not happy with eBay and its Management. I want result soon. I dont like pending or delayed service. If you remit my amount from paisapay to my bank account then do it today or else atleast do me a last favour kindly send an email to the Buyer, Informing him that paisapay has cancelled my Paisapay registeration and amount which he paid thru Credit card will be returned back to the buyer so that I will contact him and close the transaction.

I dont want to wait for my amount. Kindly remit my paisapay amount to my bank account or refund the buyer today. Why Paisapay for no reason holding the amount???? Give it to me or return it to the seller. Take decision soon please.

Would appreciate if some1 calls me now.

I don't want to wait for my amount. Kindly remit my paisapay amount to my bank account immediately or refund the buyer today. Give it to me or return it to the Buyer today.

I'm in need of money & I think eBay is simply wasting my time. Item is already delivered to the buyer long back. If you think I did a mistake then please don't waste any more time, kindly deactivate my eBay membership today. I dont want you guys to waste anymore of my time. And Kindly send the amount back to the buyer (which he paid from Paisapay)so that I can collect my item or money from him directly.

I hope you will do something immediately. Kindly don't take much time. Either remit my amount to my Bank or Refund the Buyer immediately. Also send an email if you are refunding the Buyer so that I can collect amount or Item immediately 2morrow from him.

Take decision soon please I will be thankful to you if you come up with the final decision of eBay by 2morrow morning.

Does any1 from eBay really cares to go thru this Discussion Boards?? or we are fools here to just write and write here... 😞

I hope eBay will come out with a resolution by the end of the day. And Today either me (seller) will be remitted with the amount on which eBay is holding or the Buyer will be refund back the amount which he paid thru the GREAT PAISAPAY.

Kindly unhold the amount of my transaction. Either give it to me or the Buyer today. No more pendings, no more excuses, no more delays from PAISAPAY please its a request.


Item is already delivered to the Buyer on 28th June, I have already emailed the Proof of Delivery to eBay India Customer support & Trust & Safety team long back. Buyer confirmed the receipt of delivery on 28th June. Buyer also gave me positive feedback & he is completely satisfied with the item.

Kindly take the final decision today without fail. Either remit me or refund the Buyer with no more delays please.

Guys, please write your views.. Kindly give me support. If you members of eBay thinks am wrong then please please ask eBay to cancel my eBay membership. I'm really upset & not happy with eBay & especially with the GREAT PAISAPAY.
