PaisaPay not paying the money

Hi everyone,
i have sold a camera and shipped it to the customer. The customer has promptly paid the money via PaisaPay. PaisaPay still has not dispatched the money. When i check in my ebay paisapay account they say they have dispatched the money on 31st of October, But till date i have not received any money from them.
When i send them any kind of emails relating to this they don't even bother to reply.
Can someone in this group help me with this issue. How can i contact the ebay people. If i have to complain how can i do it.
