Item no. 320230601281 was one of my first ever real PaisaPay transactions. The buyer was the highest bidder and paid via CreditCard immediately.
The buyer requested me to send it to a different address and I obliged, having no Idea that this was against eBay policies. The item was shipped by the 4th of April, and confirmed Recieved by the buyer. Payment was passed on to my bank account.
Now, on 25th April, I recieve an Email from eBay that my amount was chargedback. I had never heard of this before, so I read the whole set of Paisapay rules and policies, and understood that this may be CC fraud by the buyer.
But it has been so long! Ebay asks for a POD copy, but I dont have one. All I have is the original courier Delivery Challan/Consignment No. and the buyers provided address.
The replies from Ebay executives have worried me. What do I do ? Can I launch a legal complaint ?
Any help is greatly appreciated, especially from Ebay staff.

paisa pay id 21723103438 is on refund claim by buyer on the 15th april and on the same day i provided the POD
but till today i m just getting a conformation from paisa pay customer support that we r trying to contact the buyer and buyer is not contactable so plz wait for 48hours we will resolve ur problem in 48 hours.but i m sorry to say this but which watch u ebay people use
as according to every time contacting the customer support i m given the same time again we r emailing the buyer and it would done in 48 hours
now i think i sud record the voice so that it would be my safety
yesterday i spoke to higher authority her name was neha or neeta(she is the team leader i think so).
she said yesterday that we have mail the buyer day bfore yesterday and now it would take only 24 hours
after 24 hours getting over today i try to contact her somaya customer supports said i cant speak to high authority as there are not available
after calling again i spoke to neha/neeta i was told that she said 48 hours
every time i m getting false assurance
this 48 hour i m listing from Thursday(24/04/08) but still the 48 hours r not over according to ebay watch
there should b a time limit that with in the time if the buyer don't not respond u should check the POD and clear the payment
on Monday some leena/lissa gave me a call and said to me that she personally tried to contact the buyer on Friday by calling her 7 times but the buyer did not respond
so if the paisa pay is only for buyer then i think all seller on ebay should stop selling thing
if ebay is only concern with the buyer then one day u would not have any seller left with ebay

Since the buyer requested to ship to other address, You need to forward the mail with full headers.
If you are using Gmail, Go to your email inbox, select show original. Copy entire text and mail to PaisaPay with the POD scan.
You can get the POD from the courier or if the consignment number is trackable online and if it is showing delivered, just scan your courier receipt. ---------------
