PICKUP & DELIVERY by Ebay India itself !!

Don't you think it will be better if ebay starts pickup & delivery system for the items which are sold through ebay ?

this way there will be no item loss during Transportation.

Shipping charges to be decided by ebay india and to be charged by itself.

There will be no complaints of Delay Delivery.

there will be no complaints regarding excess shipping charges.


Mr. Indraneel , please tell us if it is possible ?

forget abt this. They don't do their work on time how can you expect more services from them.
No one cares to reply and resolve complaints on time how could they deliver anything on time.

Probably within a couple of months we can expect some news on this. .

As Umang (indconcepts) rightly mentioned in his post below, we are already working with leading Logistics companies who provide quick delivery of shipments and can pick up from various locations where our sellers are based.

As highlighted by you, this will bring in uniformity to some extent as shipping charges would be reasonable and common for sellers who avail that service.

More details will follow when we make further progress and are ready to announce the plan.

We are getting problems with Couriers.
B'coz the item value is below 500 and shipping is 169 then what should we do. The buyer soesn't want to pay 169 for a item which price is 500. and if we ship through the courier services like professional courier, there are many chances of item to be stolen in transit.

what to do now ???

ebay should start its own pickup & Delivery system like some other online shopping sites.
