PASIAPAY TEAM APPROVED REFUND FOR A DELIVERD ITEM

Dear community members,

My buyer from ISRAEL bought a necklace and FORCED to ship only using SPEED POST SERVICE so that he do not have to pay the custums duty charges.

I wanted and only wanted to ship using fedex because i save lots of time and i never wish to go to post office stand in long que's just to ship one item.

Still i wasted lots of my time and posted using SPEED POST SERVICE.

Thanks to god the item was trackable online on israel post website.

The buyer did not got item delivered after 20 days so he raised claim i tracked online on israel post website and found item delivered to buyer ON 18TH OF DECEMBER .
He was right that the item was not delivered to him until 15th december the reason was wrong address given by buyer.

THE ADDRESS WAS CORRECTED AND PARCEL WAS DELIVERED.
I sent proof of dispatch to paisapay team with online delivery proof of the parcel on 22nd december

THEY REFUSE THAT I EVER SENT THEM ANY MAILS I SENT COPY OF THE SAME MAIL TO MY ACCOUNT MANAGER ON 22ND DECEMBER

SECOND MAIL I AGAIN SENT TO PAISAPAY WHEN BUYER CONFIRMED ITEM DELIVERY TO ME IN HIS MAIL THRU EBAY MSG SERVICE ON 23TH OF DECEMBER

NOW WHAT ELSE DID THEY WANTED FROM ME.

PROOF OF DISPATCH I ATTACHED WITH MAIL AND PROOF OF DELIVERY WAS ONLINE THAT I CLEARLY SENT THEM WITH PROOF OF DISPATCH MAIL.

THEY REFUSE EVERYTHING AND SAY TO ME THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MAILS FROM MY SIDE ON THEIR EMAIL ID.
THE LAST MAIL FROM MY SIDE THEY HAVE IS ON 1ST DECEMBER AND I HAVE PROOFS THAT I SENT THEM MAIL ON 22ND AND ON 24TH DECEMBER ALSO THESE MAILS I FORWARDED TO JINESH MY ACCOUNT MANAGER.


BELOW I AM PASTING THE PRINT SCREEN COPIES TO SHOW EACH AND EVERY MEMBER THAT I HAVE SENT THEM PROOFS WHERE THEY WENT I DON'T KNOW.

ONE MAIL I RECEIVED TODAY THAT SAYS "PAISAPAY REFUND APROOVED BECAUSE I DID NOT SENT ANY PROOF OF DELIVERY TO PAISAPAY TEAM"

IS THIS A JOKE ?

WHERE MY MAILS WENT THAT I SENT TO THEM ?

WHY NOT EVEN ONCE ANYBODY TRIED CALLING ME ON MY PHONE AND ASKING ABOUT PROOF OF DELIVERY ?
I SENT THEM MAILS BUT THEY DIDN'T RECEIVED MY MAILS BUT THEY COULD HAVE CALLED ME ONCE BEFORE APPROVING THIS WRONG REFUND.

HOW THIS REFUND THEY APPROVED WHEN I ENTERED SHIPPING INFO AND ALSO SENT THEM CONTINOUS MAILS TELLING STOP REFUND ITS WRONG ?

HOW ALL THIS HAPPENED ?

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THIS ?

PASTING BELOW THE PRINT SCREEN IMAGES THAT PROOVES THAT I SENT PAISAPAY AND MY ACCOUNT MANAGER ALL MAILS FROM MY SIDE.

THE ITEM IS DELIVERED TO BUYER AND BUYER IS HAPPY WITH IT
ALSO PASTING BUYER MSG THAT I FORWARDED TO PAISAPAY TEAM ON 24TH DECEMBER WITH HEADERS AND FOOTERS.

Hi knight.jewellery.auctions,

As per my knowledge, most of the PaisaPay email ids are not working as they have shifted to a separate office.

I have 3 charge backs and have sent the PODs through emails and haven't received any replies or credits from their end. ---------------

Atleast mail To buyer and describe all this and ask him to send payment again . As buyer is happy with product i think you will get payment ..
but It is not good on part of paisapay team ..
They charge good amount as fee and provide this kinda service HORRIBLE

we have purche 4 gb pen drive at 449 Rs. i have already pay rs. 449 on hdfc bank account. and i will conform 449 debit in my account. last message from ebye transiction error java is not support. please clerefy my pyament you have recived then recived please send 4gb pen drive in my home address.

Dear Ebay Sellers,

We do fully agree with knight jewellery on this point. Since Ebay has introduced this time bound system of reaching to buyer, that is, product must reach overseas buyer in 21 days has created a tremendous practical problem for sellers. I am explaining how.

We sell Jewellery and we do not have any good courier who carry jewellery except Speed Post. And 6 out of 10 parcels are delivered beyond 21 days and sometimes in 45-50 days. Further, though Speed Post has given 97 destinations but links of only 17 country sites ar given for online tracking. How can we guarantee delivery or tracking for worldwide. WE CAN PROVIDE DESPATCH DETAIL ONLY. WE HAVE NO CONTROL ON DELIVERY AFTER DESPATCH. If after Refund, the parcel reaches to buyer after 45 days, who will be responsible. Indian postal system is not so efficient that these system will be introduced. These are only applicable in Ebay.com.

Consider all situations, only option left is selling KABADA items and not high value Gold items.

Recently sale has been decreased less than half due to these type of TUGHALAKI Policies.

That's why Good Reputed sellers do not come to Ebay India. Customers service is worst nowadays.

Paispay today rejected this wrong refund request.

I think may be my buyer contacted them and informed she received the item and the delay was not because of me.
Or may be finally paisapay did this ..
whatever i thank God for this
