My buyer from
ISRAEL bought a necklace and FORCED to ship only using
SPEED POST SERVICE so that he do not have to pay the custums duty charges.
I wanted and only wanted to ship using fedex because i save lots of time and i never wish to go to post office stand in long que's just to ship one item.
Still i wasted lots of my time and posted using SPEED POST SERVICE.
Thanks to god the item was trackable online on israel post website.
The buyer did not got item delivered after 20 days so he raised claim i tracked online on israel post website and found item delivered to buyer ON 18TH OF DECEMBER .
He was right that the item was not delivered to him until 15th december the reason was wrong address given by buyer.
THE ADDRESS WAS CORRECTED AND PARCEL WAS DELIVERED.
I sent proof of dispatch to paisapay team with online delivery proof of the parcel on 22nd december
THEY REFUSE THAT I EVER SENT THEM ANY MAILS I SENT COPY OF THE SAME MAIL TO MY ACCOUNT MANAGER ON 22ND DECEMBER
SECOND MAIL I AGAIN SENT TO PAISAPAY WHEN BUYER CONFIRMED ITEM DELIVERY TO ME IN HIS MAIL THRU EBAY MSG SERVICE ON 23TH OF DECEMBER
NOW WHAT ELSE DID THEY WANTED FROM ME.
PROOF OF DISPATCH I ATTACHED WITH MAIL AND PROOF OF DELIVERY WAS ONLINE THAT I CLEARLY SENT THEM WITH PROOF OF DISPATCH MAIL.
THEY REFUSE EVERYTHING AND SAY TO ME THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MAILS FROM MY SIDE ON THEIR EMAIL ID.
THE LAST MAIL FROM MY SIDE THEY HAVE IS ON 1ST DECEMBER AND I HAVE PROOFS THAT I SENT THEM MAIL ON 22ND AND ON 24TH DECEMBER ALSO THESE MAILS I FORWARDED TO JINESH MY ACCOUNT MANAGER.
BELOW I AM PASTING THE PRINT SCREEN COPIES TO SHOW EACH AND EVERY MEMBER THAT I HAVE SENT THEM PROOFS WHERE THEY WENT I DON'T KNOW.
ONE MAIL I RECEIVED TODAY THAT SAYS "PAISAPAY REFUND APROOVED BECAUSE I DID NOT SENT ANY PROOF OF DELIVERY TO PAISAPAY TEAM"
IS THIS A JOKE ?
WHERE MY MAILS WENT THAT I SENT TO THEM ?
WHY NOT EVEN ONCE ANYBODY TRIED CALLING ME ON MY PHONE AND ASKING ABOUT PROOF OF DELIVERY ?
I SENT THEM MAILS BUT THEY DIDN'T RECEIVED MY MAILS BUT THEY COULD HAVE CALLED ME ONCE BEFORE APPROVING THIS WRONG REFUND.
HOW THIS REFUND THEY APPROVED WHEN I ENTERED SHIPPING INFO AND ALSO SENT THEM CONTINOUS MAILS TELLING STOP REFUND ITS WRONG ?
HOW ALL THIS HAPPENED ?
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THIS ?
PASTING BELOW THE PRINT SCREEN IMAGES THAT PROOVES THAT I SENT PAISAPAY AND MY ACCOUNT MANAGER ALL MAILS FROM MY SIDE.
THE ITEM IS DELIVERED TO BUYER AND BUYER IS HAPPY WITH IT
ALSO PASTING BUYER MSG THAT I FORWARDED TO PAISAPAY TEAM ON 24TH DECEMBER WITH HEADERS AND FOOTERS.
