No Response from eBay about a chargeback of Rs10650

Hi,

A chargeback for Rs.10650 was applied to our account & the same was recovered from our PaisaPay Account. We were asked to send POD for same. We have now contacted eBay atleast 10-11 times & everytime there is no response from them. The very next day of receiving the notification, I emailed them the POD received from Bluedart (scanned copy of DR sheet & also the web POD). But no one at eBay is taking any action.

Can someone at eBay please check their emails received at paisapayprotection@ebay.com & paisapaycb@ebay.com

Kindly review the matter & reverse the chargeback.

Till now i haven't received any reply nor the amount for the amount of chargeback applied to my account for the paisapay id: PAISAPAY ID : 22938053740

i have already sent copy of POD and courier tracking details through email.

Indraneel Ji please do something. Rs.10650 is not a small amount. What is the use of the PaisaPay Protection if none of the sellers are secure ??

I have sent atleast 20 mails with scanned copies of the POD. I have also faxed all documents on 21st Feb'09. Till date no one from eBay has responded. Is this another way of increasing revenue ????

In addition there have been 3 more chargebacks to my account - PaisaPay ID's - 22794066640, 23022257533 & 22590376101. I have sent POD's for all of them & still no response. This is unfair trade practices by eBay. A seller has not control over the transactions being done through PaisaPay. Then why are we penalized for fraud done through eBay's PaisaPay Service. All Sellers should be given the option of not choosing PaisaPay so that atleast we can ptotect ourselves from these kind of loses.

It's just eBay's PaisaPay Dept inefficiencies for which all Sellers have to Pay. X-(
