No Response from eBay about a chargeback of Rs10650

Hi,

A chargeback for Rs.10650 was applied to our account & the same was recovered from our PaisaPay Account. We were asked to send POD for same. We have now contacted eBay atleast 10-11 times & everytime there is no response from them. The very next day of receiving the notification, I emailed them the POD received from Bluedart (scanned copy of DR sheet & also the web POD). But no one at eBay is taking any action.

Can someone at eBay please check their emails received at paisapayprotection@ebay.com & paisapaycb@ebay.com

Kindly review the matter & reverse the chargeback.

Hi,
I am selling here last 3+years.
This chargeback is a new phenomena.
3 years there was nothing ,and suddenly there are so many chargebacks.
I understand that ebay cares less for sellers in recent times.I want to know if there is a change of attitude on the part of ebay.
Let us talk frankly.
I have my personal agenda and I want to decide my next steps.
If ebay does not care for my interest,then I want to take a final decision.I shall not take it lying.This is humiliating.I feel,this is another 26/11.Terrorising sellers.Robbing sellers.Most worthless and sinister.I am not guvmnt of India.I take fast and right decision.

This is not the place to vent your anger with obscene/vulgar/filthy terms.

First, you should have read the terms & conditions of PaisaPay before even listing the item on eBay. PaisaPay gives onyly 7 days for the seller to ship the item.

If you are not ready to sell the item in that time period then sell it whenever you are ready for it.

Second, 'shipping within 15 days' doesn't prevent the buyer to expect the product within 10 days. Note that it is not 'after 15 days'.

You cannot fault the buyer for thinking as per the PaisaPay policy.

There are certain rules and regulations for PaisaPay; You have to abide to it. Else either don't sell (which I don't have rights to say) or sell whenever the product is ready for despatch.

I'm sorry to say this but I have to!

Hi,
Why did you not apply time extension from buyer? If the buyer deny,dont ship. Communication gap has created bitterness and loss of money.
In my case the chargebacks were not large.I was busy for christmas.Did not care to fight back.Didnt have time.
But,my question is,why there are so many chargebacks now a days?
