A chargeback for Rs.10650 was applied to our account & the same was recovered from our PaisaPay Account. We were asked to send POD for same. We have now contacted eBay atleast 10-11 times & everytime there is no response from them. The very next day of receiving the notification, I emailed them the POD received from Bluedart (scanned copy of DR sheet & also the web POD). But no one at eBay is taking any action.
Can someone at eBay please check their emails received at paisapayprotection@ebay.com & paisapaycb@ebay.com
Kindly review the matter & reverse the chargeback.
Here is also the same position. a chargeback applied to my account against paisapay id 23138077558.
i also have sent copy of P.O.D. and Tracking Details by Email. But no Reply from ebay till now.
Here also same problem, my remmitance Rs 11000 has been put on hold and the team neither release the payment to my account neither refunded the amount back to the buyers, I have contacted Ebay paispay Team 7 to 8 times in 3 weeks ,
no proper response from customer care and chat people also helpless,
all the time they replies we have some techinical issues and several dead bag logs,
Why not we sellers get united against these kinda buyers . Let us start a thread and put IDs of all fruad Buyers .It will help others sellers to take precautions ..like we can block the ID of fraud buyers
