sellers Have no protection on ebay
I Sold a Printer on ebay For 3550/- on 17/2/2013 Paisa Pay id 33148227428
The buyer confirmed the receipt of the item on 1/03/2013 and left me a feedback too and the remittance was transferred to my account on 3/03/2013

After almost 100 days i Received a mail saying that " An amount of Rs. 3,540.45 has been recovered from your PaisaPay account as chargeback for the payment made by buyer binod0145 on PaisaPay ID 33148227428. This amount was recovered due to the following reason: Customer Dispute"

The buyer made a credit card fraud so ebay recovered money from my paisapay account giving the reason CHARGE BACK CLAIM

when i contacted ebay they told me that they need a proof of delivery with the buyers sign on it .

I told them that who keeps a proof of delivery after 3 months . I had the shipping receipt of the item buy they told me that's not enough to stop the claim.

I even went to the courier company to ask them the proof of delivery but they told me that they don't maintain record for more than 3 months.

Even tried to contact the buyer but this phone no is not reachable .

In case eBay receives a chargeback from the credit card processing company it would recover the same from the Seller by from Seller’s subsequent Transaction Price remittances. The Seller will be duly intimated of the same. In case the Seller does not have any outstanding Transaction Price remittances then the Seller shall pay the shortfall to eBay.

OMG !! What a horrible experience you have !! SO SHOCKING !!

No seller keep POD for item for each sell that made on ebay till 1 year .This is real stupid thing I ever heard on ebay.

You are correct, that we, seller, never ask buyer to pay through Credit card.

MATTER IS REALLY PISSING SELLER !!! EBAY IS HORRIFYING THE SITUTION AFTER 1 YEAR !!
