Need help in Packing

hi i m a new seller, and i need help from power sellers.
please guide me what are the packing materials need to use. i mean i m facing some cases in that out side packing was ok at the time of delivery, but inside content was found broken (Some plastic parts).

i need help how power sellers packing there items.

i mean to taking care from breaking parts.

need hint is i need extra boxes to put my goods (already in boxes from manufacture) if yes then what are the commen size boxes you using

Hi i am not a power seller but i believe i could answer your query.

Get a box which is slightly bigger than the product box.It must not be too big.In the gaps you can put shredded paper but mostly i use bubble wrap.They can withstand pressure well and also would not add to the weight.Now you can be sure the product is safe.

I also do one more thing.The whole package i will wrap in a plastic cover tightly and i have ebay packing material.So i can be rest assured that the package will arrive safely.if you are interested to see pictures of my packing ideas just contact me with your mail id and i will send you the pics if you need.
