Major problems with Blue Dart courier

Dear Members,

I am facing major issue about exces weight charges by blue dart . My packet deatls is as below

Actual weight                      Less than 50g

Dimention (16*9*5)cm      Weight 144 g

Weight charged by Blue Dart         500g or 1000g or 1.5 kg (there is no fix)

My product selling price is around rs 99 and shipment charges for 1.5 kg is (47*3+ST) Rs 160.74. Some time I get negative remittance Rs -61.74. What should I do I have took this matter before to  Blue dart and ebay powership but no body lisen  my broblem. 

Please share your experiance about this tell me what is solution.

I am also facing same problem. I called Powership department. But no response.  She just replied. We can't do anything you have to contact vaibhav singh.

I got 2 kg, 1 kg , 1.5 kg charged for just a 10 gms earring.  All are negative remittance.

I got lot of negative remittance.  Sellers please be beware.  I too got -62 and -54 remittance.

Even today they charged 3 parcels as 1 kg.

I did not ship the orders which I have to send through Blue Dart.
