Listing Promotion Credit Not Received

Dear Sir,

We have not yet received October Listing Credit in excess of Rs 1500/-. This promotion scheme has been a nightmare for us since its introduction.

Ebay has not for a single time given credit at its own. Every month, it has become a regular affair for us to spend few hours daily to chase this routine matter. REALLY FRUSTRATING. Ebay people are so busy that they cannot dispose these simple issues and keep on piling problems and sellers are affected, disheartened, frustrated unneccessarily.

Miscommunication on Ebay staff's part is one of the main reasons Good and big professional sellers are not joining Ebay India.

I am suggesting one simple solution to this Listing Fee credit. If Ebay team finds time to read, they may.

SUGGESTION:

Give an option to sellers who want to opt for this Monthly scheme of Rs 1500/-. If they accept, charge this amount at the beginning of the month and no listing fee thereafter. This will save time, energy of all concerned. I hope, I have been able to clarify.

YES , I have also not got any credit yet .Mr Ashok , Your Suggestion is Great and I support it ..Several thousand of Rupees are going to Ebay every month and GOD know when they will give us credit ..

Hi,

Nice suggestion. Ebay should charge monthly Rs.1500 one time instead of giving the credits after 2-3 months. This will save us a lot of time, work, follow-ups... ---------------

becuse there are no sale from past 2 months & i m relisting again & again but no sale are there,

also i m giving very less price then the market rates,

now days i m paying ebay fee from my poket without earning any profit from ebay...

now i m thing 3 time more to list the products on ebay,

when i have sold items & earned my profit i have paid all my ebay fee correctly on time but this time there are no sale & profits that why i m asking for credit

i request mr, indraneel to give same credit to me
