Listing Fees

hi,

i am tringing to sell an item was it did't sell, recently i recived an email
"Baazee.com - Invoice to abhishek1947 for February 2005"

the email says you have to pay the fees before 15 April.

what fees ?, if the product has not been sold then what type of fees ? they say listing is feee then why the are asking for fees ?

here is the copy of the email:

This is a prob. which I alerted baazee earlier also. They charge for highlighting despite your item being sold or not. They also charge Rs 25 for a 10 day listing. Select 7 day listing and disable the highlighting for the invoice to remain clean if your item is not sold.
