Dear Ebay.in Memmbers,
Just two days befor my 196 listings were closed down by your members.I had posted severals of my problem in the cafe board as well as contacted through the link given.
Today I have recived the message from you that Alll the listings were violiting Ebay terms and condition.
The answer from the team is like this >>>>

Upon further review, it has been determined that the proper course of
action has been taken regards to your listing. The listing in question
contained the following information,

"An additional Fees of Rs.400 is charged for providing the certificate
of Indian Diamond Institute. ".

This information indicates that you were soliciting potential members to
contact you directly for additional sales, which is not permitted.
Offering items directly in this way circumvents eBay listing and final
value fees, and are also not covered by our trading services as all
details are handled offline and away from the eBay site.


Now I had been using that description from 2 years,If the line do not violet the terms and condition from 2 years how could suddenly it started violiting the terms.
One more thing is that I had never violet any rules and regulation of baazee/ebay.One should atleast Given me a call or any mail about the Line use by me.I would have modify the lines and would not use any of the word whcih in your language is against the rules and regulation.
Now I cant relist the item also as the itmes are not in unsold groups neither in anywhere.So what you now expect I create the whole listing for each and every item.Its mean I will have to create 196 items Manually.
What is the advantage of being a POWERSELLER when the ebay member do not give any respect to them.I firmly oppose the policy of ebay of closing down of listing without any notice or message or Atleast one should be told that the specific line is against the rules and regulation.Now I wonder if a customer had bought a product and he wants the certificate with it,How one can manage to provide it.As I cant offer the certifcate*(Against the rules and regulation).Please tell me now how I relist my 196 Items?Tell me a Way to do it.I had already been suffered a great loss as I had been using many promoting fees with many of the items.
Ebay.in Do you have any soloution.????
I WANT TO RELIST MY 196 ITEMS BUT HOW TO DO IT?

I have often seen this kind of additional service offered from gem sellers on eBay. I feel that gem sellers who offer this possibility are globally helping to increase the security for the eBay community.

In my opinion, real extras offered are absolutely not the same thing as using ebay to sell outside ebay (like it would be with offers of the type "if you buy this beautiful photograph for 10 Rs., you agree to pay me additional xx.xxx Rs. for a cell phone"). Computer sellers often offer to install additional components to a described computer (extra RAM, extra disk space, etc.) at extra charge, and this also is just a good service from good sellers, as well as the offer from saree sellers to stitch the blouse for the buyer at extra charge, or the offer from any seller to organize the handling and shipping for their customers according to the delivery address.

eBay should be interested in good sellers who contribute to the security and best satisfaction of buyers by providing any extra and adaptation to meet exactly the needs, because these sellers are the people who make eBay to a place where its fun and secure to buy. In other words: flexibility and extra services offered are not taking money away from eBays profits, but bringing eBay a good reputation and making it attractive to buyers.

When I first heared about eBay, I was curious about it and wanted to give it a try because my job doesnt let me much time for shopping in town, but I didnt really believe that it could work well. I expected to be cheated and that it would be like gambling - sometimes you win, sometimes you loose and if at the end, you won more than you loose, it could be worthwhile at the end.

I was really surprised to experience _extremely_ good service and goodwill from so many sellers on eBay, making this marketplace to the best shopping place I know and to an address I highly recommend others. The service that customers can get from eBay itself is not what brings members to eBay. eBay works because sellers compensate the lack of feel+touch with good communication and service, and show that they care about the needs of potential buyers.

Dear eBay company, the money you get from your seller-community comes from the buyer-community, and the buyer-community grows with the degree of confidence and satisfaction. Please dont kill good services, they bring _you_ the customers and the good reputation _you_ need.

Dear Sir,
I would have been happy if you had givem me a call/message about the violeting of terms I would had edit my all listing .
I will also like to suggest that all the other sellers use the same line in their respective listing.I can give many Examples ..Where they had said that the aditional amount of 400 will be charge for the certificate.Do it not violeting the terms and conditions?
Is the partiality that only my listing were close down and the other sellers listing were still live???
I had gone through many sellers listing and found the same thing.
I think they should also not allowed to write anything as such.

Now please go through the listing of all sellers(most of the listing) and please please read them carefully coz they are also violeting the terms like me...!!I dont have to do personally anything with other sellers but I want to point out the partial action against me?Why EBAY TEAM ...WHY?
I hope you had got the point THAT TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SAME FOR EVERYONE AND NOT A SINGLE PERSON.
So Kindly reply to my this message if you have any clearification or else I know you wont reply coz I had pointed out a very big mistake of yours.
