i agree with lotmany, seller should get equal right on every stage of transaction, but sellers are not getting it, once they receive the order the hearbeat of the seller star, to arrange the product as early as possible and ship it, after shipping it also he has to look that whether it is delivered to the customer or not.... as there are always chance to get negative feedback in any reason like product reached very late....very slow delivery.... something like that.... after delivering the product also he has to confirm from buyer that is there any problem with the product or not?.... as anytime buyer can give negative feedback by saying it's not working if it is with company warranty also.... in this case what seller will do.... he just need to put wait and see that he gets, positive feedback not negative for any reason..... so it's really horrible to sell any item on ebay now as you are always standing on one foot...... when you will fall down you will also not know..... ebay says that they need 100% customer satisfraction so we want to tell them that why they are not comming up in 100% seller satisfraction.....if seller will be there then buyer will come to your site, otherwise from whom buyer will buy the product.
