HTML tips are a cool way to improve the looks of your web page (be it listings / shops / posts / About me pages). I know a couple of HTML tips that I would like to share with you. If you know any, please feel free to share them here. I will love to learn more.
Creating links in your text
There are two ways of saying something -
Efficient - Visit my About Me page
Normal - Visit my About me page at - http://cgi3.ebay.in/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewUserPage&userid=sapana@ebay.com
Here is the HTML tip to write in the efficient way
<</b>a href="www.ebay.in">eBay India
Replace www.ebay.in with the relevant link and replace eBay India with relevant text to create your own cool link.
You can practice HTML on this thread or can create a new thread for the same.
Cheers!
Sapana

I deleted the post mentioned by you, since it was taking lot of space and relevant posts were pushed down. I hope you understand.
Why dont you post the HTML, so that we can figure out the exact issue. To post the HTML, make sure some of the code is in bold. This will ensure that the post comes across along with HTML.
Cheers!

I don't mind ..... infact it was making a mess out there.
You may also delete the 4th post on this thread.
I am not posting that HTML because its quite complicated. I took it from some site and did the necessary changes. Posting it here won't do any good for beginners (like me).
Kindly let me know as to what happens when I make some portion of the html BOLD ?
Is it that the html shows up and not the animation ?
regards
Umang Midha .

You understood it right.
Whenever I post an HTML such that some one can see the code, I make sure that I make '<' as bold. This ensures that the code shows up correctly, and not the animation.

Sapana
