International Selling

Hi Friends.

I want to do selling my books in International E bay markets. I have unverified (Premier) Paypal account. I have ICICI Bank Debit card with VISA logo.

Problem ye hai ki jab main ICICI Debit card number (With complete Details) ko verify karne ke liye apane Paypal account me add kar raha hoon to ye notes mil raha hai “This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card. “”

PLEASE HELP ME dear friends.I don’t think ki DEBIT CARD me koi problem hai.Thanks in Advance!!

I'm sorrow to know about your opinion for our National Language.. It’s really bad sigh for your mother tongue. I Proud to use HINDI or may be you are foreigner then shame aa rahi hai…Don’t feel hardly but I just want to help for my items. Where wrote that HINDI is not allow here?? Please join Europe (every non english language nation use own mother tongue like spanish, French & Italiano) because for your kind information I’m here in India & our mother tongue is HINDI not an English..

Please don’t give me advice, especially because I love my country. Infect I have proud to be an Indian!! Hindi Hindu & Hindustaan..Jai hind!!

Ebay should remove this post.Bad english.
He thinks all indian's mother tongue is hindi.He is ignorant. Chhattisgarh is tribal area.Their mother tongue is not hindi.He is an outsider in Chhattisgarh.
He is injecting poison in ebay community after poisoning Chhattisgarh.

Use only English here.This is not for hindi speakers alone..

Gandhi or Nehru did not have hindi mother tongue.He is forcing hindi down our throat.I refuse to swallow that.He is ignorant about Indian Constitution.Let him keep his ignorance to himself.Why disturb us here.

For your knowledge HINDI is our mother language.. Jis din English rashtrabhsha ghosit hogi tab aap SPEECH dena..waise wo din kabhi nahin aayega..Lol!

Yes, this should work . It is an american culture to check your existence through your card.

No ! It should be in the same name and address as your paypal account.

Beshak ! You go ahead and request your buyer to pay through Paisapay, which is nothing more than credit card gateway . Customers apna normal credit card use kar sakte hain . Subsequently in India you will get it from Piasapay Ebay in Indian rupees.


As long as we communicate, language shouldn't be barrier. And in India, that is the beauty of diversity. I detest people who drag language and region into this. And please leave it to eBay as what they should ban or keep on their forums. I think , Amitava, you were a bit harsh on this young lad who is out there in the wild looking for some help. And I can see that he has done his bit of homework regarding Paypal registration, associating the same with a bank account and now all he needs a verification check through a credit card .

Bookseekar, you should also strive to learn English since you aim to sell books internationally. And more importantly, a little politeness will help. Amitava is one guy who is always there to help on the community, so even an iota of respect would have solved your issues long back.

I have heard that ICICI issues a virtual credit card which acts as a credit card but is not really a credit card.I dont know about this and never tried.But this should work.
But hurry up.Who knows what will happen from 1st august?

Nothing against hindi.
He should use a language which everybody in India knows.May be english or sanskrit.
Otherwise how do you know what he is talking about?

ebay has wide range of products, however there are some products that are not available. like bakeware items (muffin tray, baking dish, cookie cutter, spatula etc)

would appreciate if these items are listed on e bay for indian buyers
