I have Removed all my Listings -Cant work with Unfair Policies

I know ebay does not care but I am really fed up with the rating policies

This time it is beyond any sound persons imagination

Buyer with zero feedback buys a productwhich is not for international shipping buys with national shipping charges and provides detaisl before completing the deal and also before his payment confirmation files a negative feedback

And when I approached ebay for rating removal
They removed my power sell

i have already stopped all my listing.. i hate fradu buyers.. i have talked to ebay staff but they are giving just refunds.. nothing else
