The buyer bidded on the product and after that he didn't reply of my mails nor phone calls,having no option I opened a unpaid item dispute.Where buyer replied after couple of days saying this

Now when he is not intersted then why he bidded the item?
He left me negative feedback for no reason blaming me that It was unfair deal by me !

Now I need to ask what was my mistake from my side?
I need ebay to answer me in this case,
Ebay say's they can't remove feedback for this & that cause!

I also have a negative from a buyer who has not paid. vassem.gurvita.

When called the buyer's number, the person who picks up the phone says No person with that name is here.

After repeatedly mailing the buyer to give payment details, he says I am abroad when I come to India I will give payment details.

NOw I have not received the payment but I have a baseless negative.

Already reported him to TnS more than 7 days back, but the so* is still alive and kicking planning to ruin many other sellers reputation and business.

My sales were down by 50% in the last 15 days due to unfair negs by this buyer and one other who thankfully has been suspended by ebaY.

I had worked hard to maintain a 100% Positive feedback over 2 years and in one month 2 frauds ruin it and bring it below 99%. With neuts being treated as negs from now on, someone rightly pointed out on the boards, I will no longer be PS.

Thats sad, Previously TnS was prompt in suspending buyers. These days I kno they dont suspend them so easily.

Why did eBay changed Neutrals to Negatives? Change all our Positive Feedback to Negative if you become happier!


The Positive Feedback percentage is calculated based on the number of positive, negative and neutral ratings (including weekly Repeat Feedback) received in the last 12 months as follows:

Positives / (Positives + Neutrals + Negatives)

This member's 12 Month Feedback ratings
Positives: 852 Neutrals: 6 Negatives: 0

This member's Positive Feedback percentage

852 / (852 + 6 + 0) = 99.3%



This means my hard work of satisfying customers is not recognized.
