COD (Cash on delivery) is a service that is being provided by the courier company. But make sure that you ask them about all kind of charges in all kind of conditions and should take their interest also on the safe side. Its easy though a bit expensive !!

Well what I have to offer you/anyone is the service of COD in Delhi only. First ask your courier company if they are not willing for seems expensive then you can use my service for COD in Delhi state only.

Hope eBay has no objection for this thing. If have any can delete this message of mine and I apologize, but I want to promote of eBay to people of India and thats why I was offering this kind of a service. Moreover I promise to eBay that I will put up a sticker "eBay" on every such parcel. My relation with eBay is much important than this service.
