How to issue refund

One buyer ordered and paid for an item that I had listed. Can someone tell me how I can initiate a refund for this person?

Dear friend,

                          Go to my paissapay. -> sold with paisa pay -> unshipped products -> click on the product in which you want to give refund to cx -> on above option of Refund/cancel -> click on that.

and mention the message why you are cancelling or refunding to cx.. and sumit.
