Help with Courier Selection

Hello,
I am into selling Branded Sunglasses like Ray Ban and Fastrack.
Till now I have been using DTDC Courier and the services were fine till November Last Year. However since past 3 months There has been 3 Thefts and Items missing cases Which has cost me a big amount (almost equal to the total profit amount I have earned in the entire month) since the profit margin is very thin in Branded Products.
Can the reputed sellers please suggest an alternative for the same.

I have considered the following:

Professional Courier - I have no problem with their services in South India but I am concerned about their North India Services since Have read very negative reviews for them here in the community.

Bluedart - Fast services but Too costly.
The problem here is I am selling Items with free shipping till now since the price offered by DTDC was too cheap. If The Proposed rates from BlueDart is in range of Rs. 200-250 per item which seems to be too costly. Also for contract they need regular business of around 20k which can not be guaranteed in present times. If any seller in Mumbai has good relations and cheaper rates (Below 70 preferable)kindly assist me for the same so that I do not have to burden the buyers for the same.

First Flight - They Do not accept Glass Items ( Ray Ban items have glass fitted lenses)

SpeedPost - Again the problem for security.

Very true, last month 4 thefts by DTDC in Delhi and NCR. Total loss of money and Negative FB for Free.

Hi,
Follow a few steps and you can ensure the safety of being theft etc.
1. Hand over the copy of invoice alongwith the parcel to the courier boy and make him write the details on the receipt.
2. Ask for the insurance for the courier, its around 2% of the invoice value.
3. Give the complains in writing to there head office.
4. File an RTI for those complains

Its not to difficult but you have to be active "JAAGO GRAHAK JAAGO"

Ya , For Sure there is some issue with DTDC. Mine two parcels stolen , in both the cases were jackets of XL size. Though I got my value back from them. Still not good for business. So I switched to ARAMEX. They are the best. Very fast , affordable and have wide reach owing to their collaboration with many small players.

I am into selling Tupperware, Amway, Jewellery, cosmetic , handicrafts Brands.

Till now I have been using DTDC Courier and the services were very good. I am very statfied with services. Its cheaper also.

On Dot Courier :- I have a problem with their services. I lost few good customer bcoz of services.

Professional Courier - They have very good services in south. But in noth, its not good at all.

Bluedart, DHL :- They have very fast services but it too must costly.

UPS :- I send the courier to canada but the service of UPS is very poor. They didn't inform to customer about the courier and Left it outside.


I looking for courier service for europe, canada & America.Is any one can help me Pls.
