HOW TO DEAL WITH NON PAYERS

I am in a real problem. E bay may kindly do something about this

I have sold around 95 items in last 2 months, of which for 42 items, I was forced to File for final value credit. That means almost 50% after bidding for the item refused to respond to my repeated requests to pay. Most did not even show the courtesy of telling me why they do not want the item. I am wasting lot of my time and energy in chasing these people who are just entering e bay, bidding on something and then keeping quiet.

E bay should ban such bidders who are not keeping their part of contract.

You are in the same boat as other Sellers are.

We too are experiencing waste of time, money & energy in gettting back the FVF credit.

You must have seen that most of the members who do not honour their commitment are the ones with ZERO ratings.

Although, there there are many of them who do honour their contract.

But with time most of the members with zero rating would come in the range of 10-15 feedback score.

Once a member crosses the score of 10 .... he realises the importance of feedback score.

I am sure when ever you get an order from a member above 10 score , you are sure that it would be honoured.

So, lets be patient and give due time to the site to mature.

eBay must improvize the Rules to gain the FVF from these Fraud Buyers.

Because the span of 14 days is too much for our sellers.

Dear eBay friends,
I think most of the sellers on eBay are facing non payer bidders problem. Here are some suggestions I feel may help in solving this problem.

1)Make special note for new eBay members in your every listing and give them some idea about UPI process and the strike non paying buyers will get.

2)In your preference page of my eBay, block buyers with 2 Unpaid strikes with in last 30 days.

3)Mention about Unpaid Item UPI process in your checkout and payment instructions and other emails reminders for payments.

4)Let's request eBay to help some more ways to reduce the possibilty for this problem.

It has been 24 hours since my listing has ended. In my listing i said you have to pay within 24 hours, do you think it is necessary to give an extra 24 hours?
