it is not ebay, it is Govt of India which is not allowing you to sell, thousands of housewives like you have the same problem, so say thank you to Govt of India for doing this injustice to women and then they talk of women empowerment.

Ebay can't remove the option because it's the rule by govt. Before GST it was required to have VAT/TIN No to sell online. However Ebay overlooked this rule for a very long time.
Being a housewife doesn't mean that you can't get GST. You need Aadhar, Pan and electricity bill in your name. If you don't have the latter then Rent Agreement or NOC on plain paper from the owner will also work.
