Fraud buyer alert, every one beware!!

Dear Sellers,
Please be beware of buyer raj_veer08 This is a fraud buyer. his phone number with paisapay is out of service. He placed the order with us for a place which is not serviced by blue dart and it was clearly mentioned in our listing that we will only ship till last mile, still buyer proceeded with the purchase.
on top of that, his contact details were false. I know how i coordinated with the recipient. Once buyer got the item, he started demanding for micro SD card as complimentary to which i politely refused. and in turn he has left us negative feedback

Is this what we get for for providing good service to buyers?


This particular buyer never had intention to pay, he wanted to keep the phone phone for free.


Appeal to all ebay CC jury members reading this. please help us get rid of this unfair negative feedback buy genuine mobiles at unbeatable price.

Some buyer think they have actually bought everything.

Another classic example of a buyer paying by credit card and then sending threating mails without understanding paisapay.

We gave a fitting reply back,not caring about the feedback he leaves.

Buyer wrote this mail to us today

Hi,

Its 7th July now and has been 5 days and you have not even shipped the item. I am really needing the tool kit. You are in noida and it takes only 1 day to ship item to delhi and yet it isnt' done.

Be sure that if i am not getting this item, there will definitely be a negative feedback for you.

I am really surprised that you got 99.7% positive feedback despite this lack in service.

I paid using Rs.100 coupon and rest Rs.5 using my card so i will lose the Rs.100 if item is not shipped to me as ebay will only refund Rs.5 to me.

So i really request you to ship the item lest i would need to give a negative feedback to you.

Please be patient.

First of all your item was shipped yesterday.

However,About negative feedback we would explain
you a few things.

1.You bought on Friday using a Credit Card.Payment
was not approved by ebay.

2.Ebay says enter shipping details till 11th.we
checked in detail and it means your payment was
approved on 4th.(Sunday)

3.Our listing states 3 working days for shipping &
handling.

4.Sunday was a holiday , Monday was not a working
day in NCR due to Bharat Bandh.

5.Tuesday we shipped both your orders.
The courier slips finished and hence the courier
could not give us slips for your order.

6.So within one working day it was shipped.Better
than policy.

7.We dont fear irrelavant negative feedbacks.We
work within policies.We also report any such
feedback to ebay trust and safety team with all
the userids and addresses of the user(s).

8.This is why people are happy with our service
with 99.7% feedback.

We hope this clarifies everything.

If you had ordered the same manner as with the id
anybooks4u then on Saturday your order would have
been dispatched.

Ebay tracks similar address and blocks those
creating multiple account for coupons sake.Their
bank account and credit card numbers are also
blocked so that they cannot trade easily on ebay.

When we need to write and explain these things we
lose efficieny and someone else order may be a bit
slow.

Hence we request you to be a little patient in
future and use online transfer for faster payment
approval.

Good response. even for these 2 days that is 7th and 8th of July there is strike in 7 states. It is hugely gonna effect deliveries to AP,Jharkhand,Bihar,Chhatisgarh, Orrisa, WB and couple of other states. again, is seller responsible for all these delays in delivery in these states? buy genuine mobiles at unbeatable price.

This calls for another appeal to eBay. Please make it mandatory for buyers to contact sellers before leaving feedback. as sellers have to wait for the 4 days before filing UPI case make it same for giving negative feedback.

Justice believes that let 100 culprits go unpunished but single innocent should not be punished. But here it is becoming completely "ultee ganga". Sellers are being arm twisted to meet unfair demands lest they want negatives/neutrals.

@ Prince Jee - I was talking bout his tone, He was sounding as if "writing rules". Am sure he is not that. chalo jo bhee hai.

@ Raj Jee- Woke up with a nightmare today that I had got 3 negatives. mobile main hee check kiya sote sote eBay account, sab kuch normal tha. Fir ye post mil gayee... Kahin to nikalna hee tha na. LOL.

lol the buyer responded back :-
stating every seller gives micro sd card with their phone doesn't matter it is mentioned or not. And i should have mentioned in my listing that "I am not providing micro sd card" specifically.

This means, i should also mention in my listing, that I am not giving away any Mercedes Benz with a 6000 Rs mobile phone, otherwise, buyer will expect a Mercedes Benz too and i have to deliver it as well. lol. According to him, any thing that is not mentioned in the listing, is part of it. some kind of joker i guess he is.

How funny some buyers get. He says he his kid has broken more phones than i have ever sold. lol. Tell you these buyers are getting on my nerves now.

Again i humbly appeal to all Jury members (buyers & sellers) to kindly help us in removing this unjustified negative feedback. The case has moved to voting stage.
