Final value fee credit for items refunded

Hello

There were 2 transactions for which the item was refunded to the buyer.

The product was not available in the specific state therefore I refunded the Money.

However final value fee has been charged in the invoice.

How do I recieve the credit for it?

i faced the same situation 2 days ago. just write an email to the customer support team with the paisa pay ids that were refunded within 3 working days they will give you a credit in your invoice

Hello, I have already email them 15 days ago, still I have not received final value fees credit.

I have emailed them. Lets see what do they reply.

If an item cannot be delivered to buyer for some reason and the buyer opens an item not delivered case does final value fee credit also apply in that case?

final value fee is normally credited on a monthly basis

I read that it is not automatically applied for.

How do We apply for the credit?

Wrote a mail to customer service with paisapay ids. Final value fee was credited in 4-5 days.
