Feedback Issue - Why should ebay allow buyers to leave feedback without pay

Buyer comes on ebay and looking for many products.
Bid on them just for fun.
When seller ask him to pay buyer did not paid but leave a Negative Feedback without any reason.

Seller sent email to TnS team for feedback removal but it did not help. Because this type of feedback is not comes under 'Feedback Abuse, Withdrawal and Removal
Policy' of ebay.

Seller is now looser, because TnS will catch him and issue SNP warning, suspansion etc. Seller need to email/call buyer and requesting him to remove feedback, (buyer did not replying)

I totally agree and this is too annoying that ebay doesnt helps or supports the sellers in this matter .

Dear,

we have also faced same issue many times , no help from ebay only one reply feedback is permanent .


we need some policy for non paying buyer feedback .

we hope ebay should read the post & reply

Hi Guys,

I think there is an eBay policy, just announced earlier this year, according to which the feedback of a non-paying bidder is removed if he doesn't respond to a UPI dispute. So I guess, you should open a dispute and keep your fingers crossed. 😄

Moreover, in case the buyer gets suspended for multiple UPI-strikes, and if he is just within 3 months old on eBay, the feedback will automatically be removed. :^O

I STRONGLY AGREE THAT BUYER SHOULD NOT ALLOWED TO POST FEEDBACK UNLESS AN UNTILL HE PAYS. ALSO THE EBAY MUST HAVE A SYSTEM TO REMOVE FEEDBACK FOR THE BUYERS WHOD DID NOT READY THE DESCRIPTION CLEARLY AND DID NOT CHECK EVERYTTHING BEFORE LEAVING -VE FEEDBACK. BUYER MUST MUST MUST UNDERSTAND THE RESPOSIBILITY OF PUTTING FEEDBACK ON SELLER (ASPECIALLY WHEN EBAY IS IMPLEMENTING POLICIES LIKE SNP) ITS EBAY'S RESPONSIBITY TO MAKE BUYER UNDERSTAND THE CONSIQUENCEY OF PUTTING -VE LAIZYLY.
