FRAUD BUYER ON EBAY. please help.

There is a fra**d buyer around ebay. His id is gopalranju_123 .

He bought 2 items from me and after receiving the items he put item not received claim.

He did the same with many more sellers.
Just check the feedback he has left for various sellers.
Buyers like this should be suspended immediately.
Ebay team should take proper action against such activities.

FEEDBACK CAN NOT BE ROMOVED

i wrote to TnS about unfair feedback we received but received this reply

"Thank you for your reply to our email regarding the feedback that you have received for the item number 180303715554 that you wish to be removed. My name is Richard and I would like to give you information on this matter. I apologise for the delay in responding.

We understand your concern in this situation and have reviewed the feedback comment in question. Unfortunately, we found that the comment that was left does not meet the requirements for removal as outlined in our feedback removal policy found at:

Unless the feedback meets this policy, regrettably, we cannot remove it.


Due to the fact that there are few instances where we are able to remove feedback, we try to encourage all members to use caution in posting feedback. Unfortunately, good members can sometimes still end up receiving feedback they feel is inappropriate or unfair. However, unless the feedback meets the removal policy guidelines regrettably it cannot be removed.

If anybody leave unfair Feedback for any dissatifaction, a new system has started since October, Feedback Revision Request. Seller should first communicate with the buyer and resolve his issues and request him to revise Feedback. If Buyer agrees, seller should send FeedbackRevision Request to buyer and buyer can alter full feedback. Seller will get 5 chances in one year

Secondly, Community Jury system is going to start in this week. You may file case in Jury when it starts this week.

thanks for your advice . I know about this jury community. Now a days buyers ( only few ) have taken feedback system as granted and they use this as a weapon to threat and blackmail sellers . I think 5 chances in a year is very less it must be increased
These kind of buyers are mostly uncontactable or if contacted they never agree to resolve the case ( unless you gave them full refund ) . In thats case sellers loose their product as well as money .
