FRAUD BUYER ON EBAY. please help.

There is a fra**d buyer around ebay. His id is gopalranju_123 .

He bought 2 items from me and after receiving the items he put item not received claim.

He did the same with many more sellers.
Just check the feedback he has left for various sellers.
Buyers like this should be suspended immediately.
Ebay team should take proper action against such activities.

I think Few buyers have habbit to give negative feedbacks. I was lucky to get removed fraud feedback given by gopalranju_123 but got one by similar buyer ranjanbhai_in1 . I sent him a sweatshirt ( imported )which he said have some stains which can not be removed .we usually check all items before listing and even at the time of dispatch . He won the item worth Rs 600-700 for just Rs 115 . I honoured the auction and sent him the sweatshirt paying Rs 95 to gati couriers .He gave me negative and said it contains some stains . I tried to talk with seller ove phone but he was not contactable
I checked his feedback givemn to other sellers and SURPRISED
HE GAVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK TO ONE SELLER ( onehauteshop) SEVERAL TIME AND NEGATIVE TO ALL OTHERS (EVEN TO SELLER WITH LAKHS OF POSITIVE FEEDBACK thedvdworlduk ( 136218)

Dont know if i will get success to get this feedback removed but want to tell about this buyer to fellow sellers

hello everybody.
it is very sad to read the whole story. I would like to state that i personally know the buyer under discussion and had talked to him. i am convinced that there he has become the victim of conspiracy by some of the cheating sellers against whom he had complained and who took a revenge from him.
There is a say "ANY FALSE STATEMENT REPEATED 100 TIMES BECOMES MORE POWERFUL THAN THE TRUTH".
I aM sure had ebay team properly investigated the things, they would have definitely decided in favour of the innocent buyer.

Dear Indraneelji,
The buyer has sent you a mail. Please have a look at it. I am sure that you would also not like to be a part of injustice to anybody. The concerned is no more interested in his account on ebay and would rather be happy to close his accounts. But unjustified suspension should be reviewed.

Thanks mahaveerji for bringing the facts to ebay. But so far as i have come to know about ebay, i believe that i am not going to get any help from them. :-(The collective efforts of some persons have resulted in all this. May God forgive them for their acts.

The sellers ( described as cheating sellers ) have sent the buyer good he bought through reputed Courier services and every body have Proof of dispatch and Delivery but he refused to accept the fact . No Seller in this story as mentioned by Houri_gals are either relatives ,friends or known to each other but only one similaraty is there . They was Victim of Unfair feedback of this buyer .


Mr Mahaveer jain ( houri_gals) ... If you personaally know the buyer gopalranju_123 ( I have storng thinking that you are same ) then suggest him to stop activites like him .


Also one more mistake you done in this thread ,,
you sent messege to Mr Indraneel at 11.15 with your name and aat 11.33 you thanks yourself to bringing this fact to ebay .....

ACCORDING TO ME NEGATIVE OR UNFAVOURABLE FEEDBACKS ARE NEVER UNFAIR.
