Error In Turbo Lister - Error in tax state

Hello,

I am getting a error in turbo lister. It says ...
"Error in tax state.
You need to specify the tax state."

Since years I have selected do not charge ST/VAT as taxes are inbuilt in price.

I have not edited any listing and am getting this error all of a sudden.

Some listing with the same settings are uploaded but other listing are not uploaded.

Is anyone else getting the same problem. What is the solution.

No, I do not get this error, but I have problem with updating TL2. As soon as I install the updates, it fails and closes the program. It asks me to send error report to Microsoft - "Send Error Report" and "Don't Send" button appears. I always report every error. But the problem is still there.
