Ebay's Postal Address

I send eBay invoice payments by cheque using Speed Post. I find that delivery of the document containg the cheque always takes 5 to 10 days to reach Ebay! Whereas my Mumbai Buyers get their documents within 2 working days.

This month's payment was posted on 26th April. Tracking report states - reached Mumbai 27th - reached Vikhroli 28th. Why should the document go to Vikhroli?

Could someone in eBay pl take up with the Speed Post people in Mumbai?

Just my anticipation...

The cheque reaches to eBay Mumbai office also in 2 days. But the system will update the status of 'payment received' in your account only when the cheque is encashed and someone at eBay manually enters this information into the eBay system. Since everything in this case is manual, it takes about 7 to 10 days to update your account status as payment being paid.
