2 of my negatives left undecided.

if there is no descision why seller at fault?

All clearly know that there is error in cc and not the fault of voting or seller.

Request all jury members to keep voting on as much as cases they can in a day time so that the cases may reach to its decision,there are lot of many cases pending for decision in community court hence everybody getting this non decision state error message for there feedbacks

I trust ebay will look into this matter soon.

Same thing happened here also.
I recd. the following messages :

We are sorry to inform you that the Jury is unable to reach a majority decision.

In such situations, it is the policy of the Community Court to maintain statusquo as before this appeal.


When i contacted Account manager, i was told that it is final and nothing can be done in this matter.

Is there any solution when buyer also not responding.

There is a error in CC, When ever I try to vote it asks me to sign-in repeatedly. ---------------
