Ebay Lying about Paisa pay Amount and hold money more than 40 days

I requested to EBay Paisapay Pls Respond to this thread

My Amount Has been put on hold for more than 40 days, still there is No update, no mails, no intimation, about refunds, I wrote more than 10 mails about this issue,
but no proper response for my mails,

and the chat ppl replied the paisay Team decided and the amount would refunded to the buyers, but the buyers not received the money and there is no mail about Ebay Paisaypay Team about Refund intiated to the buyers

still my account blance shows Rs 11221/-,

The Paisapay Team lying about this issue, and kept the money for EBay,

I requesed To Ebay Paisapay, PLs Escalate this case and get back to me

still there is no reply from paisapay and there are lying about amount refunded to buyers, and kept the money for their personal use,

Dear allsoftss,

Thank you for posting your concerns on our community boards!!

I'd like to highlight some issues that we have faced so that there is no ambiguity on the same.

Refund was uploaded twice i.e. 3rd December & 2nd January, however the same failed. Hence, refund has been uploaded again, buyers would be able to view the credits in their accounts within the next 4 - 5 working days.
