I was selling good on ebay untile some people decided to get emotional and give me neutral feedbacks. And then there were people who gave me a negative feedback even though buyer cancelled transaction. Then ebay puts my account on seller restriction and i cant sell. then they remove all my 350+ listings of which i dont have a backup without my consent or contacting me. It takes ages to make listings and they remove it without any consent or contacting the seller for an answer to the issues. How can a feedback which is based on more emotional ground then the fact be taken into consideration while judging the seller?????

Buyers dont even know that the feedback they are leaving will affect the buyer directly. And ebay wants us to contact them, plead them to reverse the feedback or leave a follow back. Why the hell we need to put time into all this??? ARe sellers gonna sell or put time and effort into calling untraceable customers trying to get feedback and waste their time and money over it????

Removing listings from a seller account without contacting him is a very rude and un ethical business behaviour. What right does ebay have to charge us money, take more of the profit then the sellers and then disown them???? I have done sales worth Rs. 5 lacs in one month and all my customers happy andgood. But due to some people who abuse the feedback system, these idiots at ebay want to restrict my account????? how is this seller protection????

And after all this ebay wants you to go on contacting the buyers even without any response from them to revise feedbacks. Sellers are not beggars for your kind information. You can tell sellers your policy and ask them to abide by it but not own us or dominate sellers.

I purchased stock worth Rs. 2 lacs to sell on ebay since I received a response and now Im stuck with it for nothing. I have to make all the payments by the next 4 days and I dont have the money for it. Who is liable for causing me harm ??? putting me in such a situation???

How is it possible to receive a 5 STAR rating feedback in every transaction??? anything lower then that is not good on ebay??? even as a buyer I will not rate or give any seller a full 5 DSR !!!! then why can anyone expect a full 5 STAR. This entire feedback system is bullshit.. it is not practical.

Even a completely satisfied customer wont leave more then 4 stars on DSR under normal circumstances. Come on , the buyer is buying something online, why is it a big deal???? it has to be a safe trsaction, nothing more...

We can ship the item in 7 days according to paisapay policy and then there are buyer who give you negative or 2 star 3 star rating DSR if they receive the item on the 8th or the 9th day !!!!!!!

How is this violation of ebay policies and how is this buyer unsatisfied on DSR rating?????

EBAY are you STUPID or something or just playing with us !!!! Are you dumb to understand human pshycology???

Sellers should form a community forum and combine against these fraud people at ebay and march to their office and ask them to explain their so called ethical and protection acts. Who are they protecting from???

Now they say they want invoices to see if the items I am selling on ebay are mine or someone elses??? What bullshit is this?? Who are you to see my financial or my purchase orders. Ebay is a portal where people can sell and buy things and your resposibility is make it safe and charge fees.

You get ard 5.5% plus taxes from every sale happening. Thats more then what the seller also gets, then why be fraudulent. Do you have a answer to this EBAY or just your stupid idiotic emails that you want ebay to be a safe place thats why restricting genuine sellers!!!!

ebay is not a thug. if anybody do not like it he is free to leave. kindly do not take otherwise but we are bounded with the rules and its policies.

they dont pull the listing without any notice. u can check seller dashboard timetotime if its under unaccepatble tab then consider u will be losing all listing in next few days

it is actually the same thing which has happened to me as well and they dont have any practical response to it.

Ebay immediately react if theres any problem to the buyer and also contacts us if to resolve the issue, but they would have never asked/contacted a buyer, why has he given a negative or neutral feedback or why the hell he has not given a feedback at all, and after that they want 100% feedback.

during my one month selling at ebay, i sold more than 370 items, as i have a bif offline business, i was able to pass on the profit to the buyers, due to which a lot of sales was diverted from POWER SELLERS to me. I believe this is a big reason, for which they restrict small accounts. I got this hint of sales being diverted from POWER SELLERS to me, when I went into a meeting at ebay office. As soon as I entered the office everyone was asking.... "OH, SO YOU ARE THE ONE"." No would have known a small seller like me against a seller whos creating sales worth 1Cr per month.

And even if you read some case studies over the net, you would find a few cases in which clearly a SUPER SELLER is violating rules but no action would be taken against them as they are giving ebay a business of more than 25-50k per month, just on fees.

and about the resolution .... even i dont know.... if you get to know... pls let me know as well ....

Ordinary one year membership is given to individuals only, not to any society, company, or union. But common joint complaint is accepted from group of individuals having the same issue. All these individuals need to be member of ICRPC and make a joint complaint.



The following procedure has to be followed strictly, else your complaint may be rejected and the non-refundable amount of Rs. 300 will not be refunded to you. You need to prepare your complaint in following manner:

Page two: (Opposite party details)

1) Name of Opposite party

4) Fax no.

5) E-mail of the chairman or company e-mail

(Leave space)

6) Name and address of the branch with which you dealt and received defective product and services.

Page three onwards:

1) Date-wise facts: Refer to the page numbers of the attached documents as evidence when mentioning the facts.

2) RELIEF: Mention what relief you are looking for against your complaint. Example: refund, replacement or rectification of defect, compensation, etc.

3) Documents (like bill, agreement, service report, your complaint to them, your notice to them, etc). Enclose only the xerox copies of supporting documents. Don't send originals.



Attach with pin on the first page: One year ordinary membership non-refundable subscription of Rs. 300 by demand draft in favour of "ICRPC" payable at "Mumbai". Local Mumbai account cheques & At Par cheques (only if AT PAR is written on the cheque) also accepted.



Write your name behind the cheque. Please pin the cheque with the first page. (Despite our strict instructions we find many people sending us stapled cheques and without their names behind the cheque. Later these careless people waste our time in locating their torn, lost, or unidentified cheques.)

Online payment: Payment through internet banking is also accepted. Please send a request e-mail for net banking details to payment@consumergrievance.com and you will receive the net banking details within 2 minutes.

Please staple or tie with thread all your papers in one bunch only. Complaint with loose, unstapled, untied or in separate bunches will be rejected.



Once your case papers are ready, you need to fill online complaint registration form to get your complaint identification number. This number is given instantly on filling the form, and you need to mention this number on the top left corner of your complaint first page and also top left corner of your envelope. After this you are ready to send your complaint to ICRPC.

PROCEDURE THAT WILL BE FOLLOWED BY ICRPC AFTER RECEIVING YOUR DOCUMENTS:

1) After the receipt of your envelope, we will acknowledge the receipt of the same by e-mail. Please do not disturb us for next 60 days by asking about the status of your complaint or whether we have received it or not.

2) We will issue a legal notice within 60 days to the accused giving him a time limit of 7 to 15 days for settling your grievance. We will send you a copy of this notice to your e-mail address. If the complaint has been rejected due to not following the procedure, we will inform you within 60 days.

3) If you do not receive acknowledgement or copy of notice within 60 days, please send a reminder e-mail to us at mail@consumergrievance.com

4) If your grievance is not settled after sending notice, ICRPC will further help you with preparation of your case papers for filing in the consumer court. There will be nominal fee for preparation of case papers. Please inform us about your intention of filing a case in the consumer court. You will not require a lawyer as we give free guidance after making the case papers till the final orders of the court. The judge in any consumer court cannot force you to hire a lawyer.



OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION

1) We operate through the internet, e-mail, and cater to the consumers across the world. So, it does not matter where you are located.

2) Please do not visit us without appointment and disturb us. We will not meet you.

3) For members, one legal notice against one company is sent free. Repeat notice is not sent as we want first notice to be taken seriously. For another notice to another company, a processing fee of Rs. 300 is charged again.

4) Consumer courts take about 1 to 2 years (or even more at times) to settle the case. The consumer is expected to attend the court hearings at least 4 to 5 times in a year.

I can understand your frustration. Ebay thinks that their website runs only because of idiot buyers and sellers are their slaves. One day there will be no sellers and only empty buyers on Ebay. Just chill and open a new account with totally different communication details. You can stand up with your relative and deal on behalf of him. That's the best solution just because ebay has a better customer hits then any other site. This is what the ebay team is taking disadvantage of. Paisapay is one more literate robbers for which I have endless topics to speak. Thanks and be cool !! All the best.
