Buyer said the item received is broken and damaged.
i request to exchange with return of product, he is not ready, and asked for discount of 40-60%.
i request that shipping cost will be beared by us, then too he said arrange for courier pickup from his home. i said you send the product back and we will bear the shipping cost. He said that he is genuine buyer and always buying several items from different other online shopping companies.
He said he has got defective HDD also(not from me) , and this time he got damaged product from me. Everytime he got defective product.
He asking about the 40-60% discount and saying to go in consumer forum.

he left negative feedback and said to give discount and/or refund without contact us before leaving feedback.

I said you are fighting for shipping cost which is 35 rupees, that too we will pay, then too he is not ready, i said your money is saved on ebay, he is not listening and asking for more discount.

Dont know what to do. How to resolve the problem.

Dont know what to do.

Tell him to:
1. send photograph of the broken item.
2. Tell him to file a guarantee claim.

He has already done the damage to you so just forget about him and tell him to report to ebay.

he made his ID just to spoil my feedback.
As he said that he is a genuine member on eBay and last time he bought HDD from eBay and that too was defective.

This time i am the target.

it sound phishing to me.
He is saying he will go to consumer forum site.


i sent the mail to CC of ebay
