Non receipt of Credits for Auction style listing from Nov 19 to Nov 30,2011

I got the below email from ebay.
eBay India has launched a FREE listings promotion in Coins & Notes and Stamps category between 19th November and 30th November 2011.

This is an great opportunity for you to bring out your entire collection and showcase it to the world.

The promotion details are as below:

* Period – November 19 to 30, 2011
* Listing type – Only Auctions
* Categories – Coins & Notes, Stamps
* Limits – No upper limits to number of listings
*

Please note that you will be charged Fees when you list your items, however we will post credits manually in the first week of December.

I tried more than 100 times to communicate with customer care,Seller assistant manager to solve this issue as early as possible. I was informed in First week of December that credits will get posted to me next week. In second week, it's informed that credits will get posted in third week. I paid additional invoice in December month considering credits will get posted in third week. In third week,it's informed credits will get posted in Fourth week or December month. Still December month end, no credits reflected. After that in January month, I was asked to communicate with different e-mail ID.After communicating to e-mail"prabhodhan.jadhav@vcustomer.net", it has been informed that we are unable to view your account fee details,please send us charged fee details. I sent email with all listing fees details.I was trying to communicate with my selling manager and the person from whom I got email that Auction Style Listings for stamps during Nov 19 to Nov 30 Free. Till date January 22, credits are not yet posted to my account.I request if you can please look into this matter as more than one and half month passed,the issue is not solved yet.I paid additional invoiced amount which has been charged in November month during offer time period.

your case is not the new one.


I am waiting for the Promotional subsidy amount since July'2009.

at that time i was told that the subsidy amount will be provided in the shape of Gold.

after some time, i was told that the amount will be adjusted in the seller fees.

the total amount is appx. over INR35000.

Account manager Non-Responding and even the seniors also now not ready to talk about this.

I think they want sellers to forget about their money.
just to work for eBay only.

and if you have some links ( . . . . ) with any eBay person, you can get your money quickly.

Now i think, these were my Great Mistakes to participate in eBay promotions as a seller.

Communicated to customer care e-mail 3 days back. Still no action taken for solving this issue. I was insisted by Account Manager to pay additional invoice ensuring that credits will get posted to me shortly. I paid 2 additional invoices extra & still November month credits (offer period Nov 19 to Nov 31)not posted to my account. It seems there is no value for the commitment.
