Disgusting shipping procedure

Hello,

This is the second time I have purchased an item from ebay.in and once again utterly disgusted with their delivery system. In spite of paying shipping charge, I got the item after 10 days. Where as it is mentioned on the site that the ordered item will be delivered within 3-4 days of ordering. So after getting this kind of service, I don't want to shop from here anymore.

Please be aware with eBay Policies.

PaisaPay gives seller a total of 12 days to deliver the item to the buyer.

Its actually depends on the seller how quickly he/she dispatches the item depending on high order amount and stock.

I have read that you got your product with in 10 days. So, its in eBay timelines. No problems. Its fair.

rightly said , BUYERS want their products to be delivered instantly .
In some cases even the seller ships the item on the same day, it might take more that 4 - 5 days (AFTER DISPATCH) only because there is problem with courier service or House locked or address incomplete and in some cases the seller is in different state and buyers purchase the item and the address in some remote area and thus leads to delay.

BUYERS should understand this and i see mostly new buyers (99%) are complaining too much in this discussion board. it is purely because of lack of knowledge on how ebay works.
