DTDC Courier Power Ship Parcels not picked up from courier partner specialy

My buyer purchase products worth Rs. 50K from my store on ebay between 26-6-2013 to 28-6-2013, all parcels packed and ready to ship on 28-6-2013 under power ship all parcels to be shipped by DTDC Courier, but not picked-up, no one come from DTDC Courier from 8 days, finally after 8 days all initiated refund by ebay system, i've sent 8 email to inlogistics@ebay.com, but got reply as parcels will picked up soon,...now all buyers who will responsible

why do you have to wait for 8 long days if no pickup is arranged? you can ship those items by your own courier also yourself and then mail the tracking details along with the paisapay ids of the same to inlogistics@ebay.com this way atleat you will not get negative feedback because of not shipping the items.

Now also if the refund is initiated,you should ship them and then mail the tracking details. I have done the same in the beginning till everything gets back on track.
