Can't track Registered Parcel on India Post Website.. Pls HELP!

Hi All,

Need help.

All these days I was using EMS Speed Post for shipping my orders and all was fine. But as it is expensive and as most of the customers ask for shipping discounts, I've decided to ship the orders as Registered Parcels. I sent a few items today and was provided tracking numbers in the following format: RNXXXXXXXXXIN. But when I enter these tracking numbers in the website, it says "No Details Found".

Has anyone used Registered Parcel Service before? Is it reliable? How much time does it take to deliver and can it be tracked?

International registered India posts often can NOT be tracked. It's often a crapshoot whether or not it was even scanned. "consignment not found" comes up a lot.

Often international registered India posts can NOT be tracked, in such cases Track-17 doesn't detect it even after you select India Post. It's often a crapshoot whether or not it was even scanned, the seller tells me they mailed it---but "consignment not found" comes up a lot with ALL my packages coming from India. "Consignment not found" comes up on India Post, Track-17 usually just says "not found".
