Can't track Registered Parcel on India Post Website.. Pls HELP!

Hi All,

Need help.

All these days I was using EMS Speed Post for shipping my orders and all was fine. But as it is expensive and as most of the customers ask for shipping discounts, I've decided to ship the orders as Registered Parcels. I sent a few items today and was provided tracking numbers in the following format: RNXXXXXXXXXIN. But when I enter these tracking numbers in the website, it says "No Details Found".

Has anyone used Registered Parcel Service before? Is it reliable? How much time does it take to deliver and can it be tracked?

For me, being able to track registered packages from India sent by India Post is always a crapshoot. Maybe because I don't live in India. Maybe the computers aren't being syced, maybe the seller didn't mail it when they said they did. I only find out when or if I get the package.

I usually recieved my India packages even when I couldn't track them so it's either a computer issue or the seller or the courier didn't get around to mailing it for a few weeks.
